It is with deep sorrow that I'm announcing Katime Vacano will be leaving second life.
Katime joined our team as our first employee, sending invites and notices then moving on to executive assistant, planning fashion shows, treasure hunts and other store proomotions. Her value is immeasurable and she will be missed by all of us at Lavender Corporation.
Katime ventured into second life on December 31, 2006, just a short month after I did. While in rl, that is not a long time, it is a lifetime in second life. It seems like so long ago and I know for Katime there were many memorable moments and wonderful people along the way.
My sadness is overridden by knowing Katime made a personal decision that is in her best interests. While I wish everyone could stay here, I realize second life interfers with real lives & conflict does not make it easy here or there. Katime was not only my executive assistant, but a good friend & I know we all wish her well.
